Assembly Technician, Mechanical/Electrical Equipment Manufacturing

We are looking for a dedicated equipment assembly technician with attention to detail and a passion for high-quality work to build our custom automated equipment. The person in this role will join our skilled technical manufacturing staff and will be required to work on-site Monday-Friday. This position is hands-on and requires a self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Build high-quality capital equipment, pumps, and PID controllers.
- Read and interpret mechanical assembly drawings as well as electrical and piping schematics.
- Provide attention to detail and follow all Quality Control requirements and checks so that all equipment that leaves the facility meets the high standards our customers have come to expect.
- Keep the work area clean and all tools and supplies organized.
- Ensure work is done safely and follows all OSHA and other safety standards.
- Create, follow and help maintain Work Instructions (SOPs) related to Assembly and Build Procedures.
- Knowledge and skill with industrial tools including water-jet, saws, drills, wire strippers, grinders, plasma cutters, engraving tools, multimeters, and other basic hand tools.
- Work and coordinate with other members of the team to help maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Take on additional duties as needed by the team.
- High School diploma, associate’s degree, or trade school preferred.
- 0-3 years of work experience.
- Strong computer skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
- Ability to collaborate and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license.
