Dental Patient Care Coordinator

Are you ready to join a thriving Periodontal Dental Office as our newest Patient Care Coordinator (front desk)? We're seeking a friendly, professional, and team-oriented individual with a minimum of 1 year of dental experience. If you're known for your positive energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to teamwork, this could be your dream job
- Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma along with post-high school experience in accounting and dental billing.
- Previous experience in a dental office is required, including proficiency in patient scheduling and insurance verification.
- Additionally, familiarity with scheduling software and word processing is essential.
As our Patient Care Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in our office.
- Handling tasks such as scheduling and receiving patients
- maintaining accurate patient records
- assisting with treatment planning, and verifying insurance coverage.
- Exceptional customer service skills are a must

Schedule:
Monday/Tuesday/Thursday: 8am - 5pm
Wednesday: 9am - 2pm
Friday: 8am - 3pm
