Position Summary:

KBX Golden, a division of Wind River Environmental, services and repairs municipal wastewater systems. We are currently hiring a Foreman for the CCTV hydro-jetting crew.

This position is primarily responsible for operating hydro-jetting and CCTV video inspection equipment for municipal and commercial customers. Must have leadership experience and be able to effectively and efficiently supervise crew members.

Requirements:
  • Must have 2 years of Foreman/leadman experience or more.
  • Experience with POSM CCTV and hydro-jetting.
  • Wastewater/plumbing/pipe diagnostic and repairs experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to comply with DOT regulations.
  • Ability to successfully pass DOT drug screen and background check.
  • Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.
  • Must be able to meet physical demands evaluation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct the crew as needed.
  • Follow safety rules and exercise safe work practices in accordance with WRE and DOT requirements
  • Drive a company vehicle to or between customer sites to perform job responsibilities.
  • Operate hydro-jetting and CCTV video equipment and resolve issues.
  • Inspects hydro-jetting and CCTV video equipment to ensure that it is working properly.
  • Perform customer service interaction when on work site to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to trouble/emergency calls in a timely manner.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Work Environment:
  • You are regularly exposed outside weather conditions and non-hazardous fumes.
  • Must be comfortable working independently and interacting with customers.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • A background in Sewer Line inspection and repair.
  • Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents including Company policies and procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, maps and road signs.
  • Ability to speak, cooperate and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer literacy including email and internet skills.
  • Ability to perform basic math functions.
