The Senior Project Manager roles, defined by their leadership and strategic execution focus, are pivotal in advancing our project delivery capabilities.   • Harness an advanced comprehension of DOB and LPC forms and processes, adeptly navigating New Buildings, PA, Alt 1, Alt 2, Alt 3, and more.

  • Exhibit a comprehensive grasp of agency dynamics, encompassing DOB, DOT, FDNY, DEP, Landmarks, and others.
  • Participate in pivotal appointments with DOB commissioners, plan examiners, and project advocates, leveraging strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Employ PMP methodologies to prepare foundational documentation, ensuring meticulous project planning and execution.
  • Act as a strategic guide for the project team, applying advanced project management techniques to optimize the filing process.
  • Navigate intricate projects like New Buildings and major Alterations with precision, leveraging your PMP-trained skills in scope and risk management.
  • Proactively manage project change orders, employing PMP principles to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of the Project Management team through training initiatives, employing PMP-aligned techniques for effective mentorship.
  • Demonstrate your dedication to timeliness by ensuring the punctual submission of completed billings to the accounting team upon project culmination.
  • Utilize PMP-proven decision-making prowess to strategically assess multiple project progress options, ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary interface for clients when multiple internal units are involved in the same project, orchestrating harmony and synergy.
  • Shoulder complete accountability for managing the allocated project workload, employing PMP's principles of project integration and scope management.
  • Forge a path to progression from Lead to Project Executive through the application of PMP's advanced leadership and strategic skills.

These are full-time positions (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM) located at the KM Associates of New York office in Manhattan.
