Chrysalis Autism Center is looking to add an Experienced part-time RBT to our staff but is willing to train the right candidate.

Chrysalis Autism Center, Inc. is seeking a center-based, part-time RBT to join our team. Must be available from 7:45 am to 1:00 pm or 11:45 am to 4:15 pm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing behavioral support to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized behavior plans.
  • Collect and analyze data on the effectiveness of behavior plans.
  • Provide positive reinforcement.
  • Monitor and document the progress of learners.
  • Communicate with families, guardians, and other professionals regarding the progress of clients.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • RBT certified (preferred).
  • Current BLS (CPR) certification (preferred).
  • Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
  • Pass a background check.

Chrysalis Autism Center, Inc. is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit ABA Therapy Center who's mission is to provide young children with Autism opportunities to learn skills that are necessary to develop satisfying family, community and educational connections.Chrysalis has been providing Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI) to children with autism in Rock Hill, South Carolina since 2008. EIBI is based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, a research-proven method of treatment for children with autism.Our therapists provide ABA therapy on a one-on-one basis to our kids with professional over site and direction in our Center in Rock Hill.
