HRD has been retained to place a Restaurant Leader to join a growing franchise in Mooresville, North Carolina.  This leader will be asked to interact with the customers and team members and will coach and observe the operations of the business.  After about 6-months of training in all aspects of the restaurant, the Restaurant Leader will lead the entire operation and at other times lead just a section of the business.

We are seeking an organized, self-motivated, and growth-minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The Restaurant Leader must be able to open or close a few shifts each week and be available Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations
  • Invest in team members
  • Ensure food quality is excellent

Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of leadership experience
