We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and a passion for delivering top-notch craftsmanship. This role requires proficiency in a wide range of repair techniques, including dent removal, panel replacement, and refinishing. The Auto Body Technician will play a crucial role in restoring vehicles to their original appearance and ensuring the highest level of quality and precision.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform all aspects of auto body repair, including dent repair, panel replacement, and refinishing.
  • Assess vehicle damage and develop a comprehensive repair plan.
  • Use specialized tools and equipment to repair and refinish vehicle surfaces.
  • Follow manufacturer specifications and industry standards to ensure quality workmanship.
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and procedures.
  • Proficiency in using auto body repair tools and equipment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Certification or formal training in auto body repair is preferred.
