Payrate: $18-$19
Schedule: Part time - Friday schedule preferred   
Minimum Requirements: Highschool Diploma/GED, valid driver's license, registered vehicle/auto insurance, CPR and first aid or willing to obtain certificate.

As part of our mission to empower adults with physical disabilities, brain injuries, and mental health disorders, you'll provide invaluable in-home and in-community support. 

Currently, we're hiring for a Part Time Adult Companion role in the Orange MA area. Together with family members and existing providers, we'll work towards achieving personalized goals that enhance independence both at home and within the community.

Essential Duties: 

• You’ll support individuals in learning, maintaining, and improving skills through their participation in a variety of activities of everyday life, including in their homes and in the community to improve their level of independence.
• You’ll implement support strategies to achieve the individual’s personalized goals.
• You’ll submit accurate and complete daily progress notes for each shift worked with the individuals.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
• Valid driver’s license and existing insurance.
• Must be willing to drive individuals in personal cars throughout the community. We provide mileage reimbursement.
• Willing to comply with required policies, standards, and regulations including, but not limited to background checks, reference checks, and driving record checks.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
