  • Observe and report any changes in the individual's condition or behavior to the appropriate parties.
  • Record vital signs and health information as required.
  • Keep detailed records of care provided, including daily activity logs and incident reports.
  • Communicate effectively with the individual, their family, and healthcare professionals.
  • Provide regular updates on the individual's condition and needs.
