Compensation Package:
- Compensation negotiable depending on skills and length of experience.

Required:
- 3+ years carpentry experience with a focus on restoration/remodeling is a must as we often work on homes 100 years and older.
- Valid Driver’s License & reliable truck
- Basic carpentry tools – compressor, finish nail gun, compound miter, table saw & hand tools.
Experience:
- Carpentry/Renovation: 3+ years of minimum experience.
Interior Carpentry:
- Approximately 50% of the work involves installing windows – both new & restored
- Install/replace trim – chair rail, door casings, window casings, stool cap, aprons, stops, plus miscellaneous items – shelves, baseboard, etc.
- Install exterior & interior door units
- Stairway work – treads, risers, balusters, etc.
Exterior Carpentry:
- Install railings
- Install treads
- Properly vent soffit/fascia – including continuous vents
- Replace ridge vents
- Install trim
- Aluminum brake work – wrapping window & door trim, soffits, fascia, etc.
- Vinyl siding
