Job Summary:As a contract Occupational Therapist, you will provide top-notch rehabilitation services to patients in their homes. Utilize your expertise to assess patients' physical and cognitive abilities, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy. Your compassionate approach will help patients achieve their goals and improve their overall independence and quality of life.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of licensed Occupational Therapist experience (experience in home healthcare is a plus).
  • Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Responsive and timely communication through messaging.
  • Proficient in documentation and ensuring timely completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a compassionate approach.

Requirements:
  • Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
  • Current CPR certification and professional liability insurance.
  • A physical examination was conducted within the last 2 years.
  • Tuberculosis (TB) test conducted within the last 1-2 years depending on test type.
  • Possession of an Employer Identification Number (EIN) with an active business license.
