  • Supervising and managing daily activities for a class of children

  • Regularly assessing each child's developmental needs

  • Attending all mandatory staff meetings, workshops, and school functions as directed by the Director
  • Adhering to all rules and regulations related to the health, safety, and welfare of children
  • Demonstrating a consistently professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic
  • Assisting in maintaining a clean, clutter-free classroom environment with a strong emphasis on sanitation
  • Performing other assigned duties
  • Ability to work both early morning and closing shifts

Qualifications:
  • Must meet all state requirements for this position
  • Minimum of 1 year of childcare experience, specifically with children under the age of 3
  • Pleasant and outgoing demeanor
  • Exceptionally professional and dependable
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, even in high-pressure situations
  • Outstanding organizational abilities, adept at multitasking and effectively managing time in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to interact with students of all ages and skill levels
  • Capability to lift up to 40 lbs. in situations related to child handling for program facilitation, child safety, and potential emergencies
