Our client - Small Private EPC Engineering Firm serving heavy industrial clients with large national and global projects. Full backlog through 2026.
Job Role - Senior Electrical Engineer
Location - Tampa, FL
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead all electrical system design aspects across multiple projects, including developing calculations, power system analyses, studies and specifications of equipment and materials
- Work across project lifecycle, including frontend engineering, design, execution, and operations
- Manage and mentor junior staff
- Provide technical expertise to other team members and wider staff
- Review and seal documents
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering required
- Professional Engineering registration required
- 10+ years experience in a lead engineer role
- Petrochemicals, Refinery and/or Phosphate experience strongly preferred
- Experienced across switch gear, soft starter, and variable frequency drive technology
- Experience with Allen Bradley factory automation equipment required
