We are now seeking driven individuals without a four-year degree to join our talented team of System Administrators in Linthicum, Maryland As a Windows Systems Administrator for a classified government contractor you will ensure smooth multi-user system operations, support multiple networks and coordinate with technical teams and management.

Position: Windows Systems Administrator.
Location: Linthicum, MD.
Schedule: Full-time, in-person, normal business hours.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and optimize multi-user computer systems in a classified environment
  • Implement system enhancements for improved performance and reliability
  • Manage backup, recovery, file systems, and security processes
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with various IT teams and stakeholders
  • Adhere to strict information security guidelines and maintain security documentation
  • Work independently to develop solutions with minimal supervision

Required Qualifications:
  • Current DoD Secret level security clearance (minimum)
  • Valid Security+ CE, CASP, CISSP, or similar DoD 8570 security certification
  • Experience managing Windows Server OS and domain architecture in classified environments
  • Proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, WSUS/SCCM
  • Experience with Splunk, including managing servers and creating dashboards
  • Familiarity with DoD STIGs and vulnerability mitigation
  • High School Diploma + 9 years or Associate's degree + 7 years experience
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work flexible hours as needed

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with NISPOM, RMF, JSIG, and other classified system environments
  • VMware and SAN storage system knowledge
  • Linux operating system experience
  • Networking skills (subnets, routing, VLANs) and Cisco experience
  • Scripting abilities and experience with system imaging
