About Us:At Doyles Automotive we do things a little different than most auto repair shops and dealers. We like to make sure our facility has a great culture where everyone enjoys coming to work every day. We are a multi-location, fast-paced auto repair facility that focuses on quality and fair repair work. Shop is outfitted with top of the line diagnostic tools and equipment. We make sure our employees have what they need when they need it to make their jobs as easy as possible. both of our repair facilities are air conditioned.

Job Description:
  • The technician will be able to test, evaluate and repair all aspects of the motor vehicle. 
  • Tech will be able to perform multi point inspections with our digital tablet platform and communicate vehicle needs to the service advisor.

Requirements:
  • Technician will have a minimum of two years of experience and perform all duties of an automotive service technician. 
  • Most importantly technician will show up ready to take the day head-on and get along well with other employees.

Hours: Tech hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 6:00. Tech must also work some Saturdays from 8:30-1:30 . Technicians alternate Saturdays.

Salary and Benefits:
  • We do not believe the flat rate system is fair to the technician. So we pay our techs salary weekly. You shouldn’t have to worry about how much money you will make week to week We also have paid vacation days.
  • We also offer health insurance as well as paid vacation and holidays as well as monthly profit-sharing.

Pay varies on the technician's skill level, and can make the right offer for a master tech who has the confidence to handle all with a good attitude.
