Our client, an independent investment advisory firm dedicated to delivering tailored financial solutions and exceptional client service, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Client Service Associate. This role is essential in maintaining client relationships and ensuring the seamless management of client accounts and inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
  • Assist with account openings, transfers, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor client accounts and report any issues, significant money movements, or discrepancies to appropriate team members.
  • Provide clients with updates on their portfolios and explain investment strategies and performance.
  • Collaborate with advisors to prepare for client meetings and presentations.
  • Ensure all client communications and documentation comply with industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Work closely with client advisors, compliance officers, and other team members to enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and firm policies.
  • Pursue relevant certifications and training opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Client Service Associate experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Experience with Fidelity systems is highly preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.


*This is a hybrid role, but you must reside in the Houston, Texas area*
