Position Description
Reporting to the CEO/President, the Vice President, Enrollment Management will be charged with the oversight of Marketing, Recruiting, Admissions, and Alumni Affairs. The Vice President must demonstrate the ability to develop and implement programs that increase the awareness and profile of the school and deliver fully enrolled cohorts of the highest quality students aligned with The Valley COM's mission. Direct reports: Director of Admissions, Director of Marketing, Director of Enrollment Services.
Qualifications
- Prior administrative experience in higher education enrollment services - 5 years or more.
- Prior experience with admissions in Osteopathic Medicine desired (not required).
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interprofessional skills.
- Experience with strategic planning implementation and new program development.
- Experience with student information systems and CRMs.
- Hands-on experience managing an enrollment CRM, including building communication flows, application workflows, and reports.
- Demonstrated ability to use applicant funnel data from inquiry to matriculation to forecast enrollment, identify conversion gaps, and adjust strategy mid-cycle.
