Job Description:

Job Title: In-Plant Warehouse Associate II

Shift: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday-Friday

Hourly Rate: $22.00 / hour

Overtime work can be regular and is required based on business goals.

This individual will be located on site at a customer facility and perform the physical, administrative, and data entry involved with the handling of materials in the in-plant store. The primary functions include receiving and inspection, shipping, maintaining inventory accuracy, and face-to-face customer service.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Responsible for inventory control in warehouse on customer site.
  • Inventory Handling - Able to perform some of the system required transactions required to manage the inventory.
  • Operations - Fluent knowledge of all warehouse operations and procedures.
  • Customer Service - Has some interface with the customer. Able to address inventory related issues with the customer.
  • Scorecard - Understands the scorecard metrics and has ownership of at least one of the metrics.
  • Discrepancy Resolution - Knows the research steps necessary to resolve inventory discrepancies.


What We Are Looking For
  • 1-3 years of recent warehouse experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • This position involves standing and or walking for considerable lengths of time. Bending to floor level is required. Heavy lifting (up to 50Lbs) is required.
  • Reading, writing, and understanding of English language.
  • You must be able to work independently with little supervision.
  • Impeccable attendance is required.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$23.50

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
