Payrate: $24 - $27.34 /hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Print Production Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is pivotal in managing and executing all phases of the print production process—from estimating and printing, to mailing, fulfilling, and payment—for a variety of marketing projects and material types. The successful candidate will oversee the production of direct mail campaigns, material fulfillment for sales initiatives, and events of varying scope. If you have a proven track record in production management, vendor relations, and ensuring quality control across high-volume projects, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all stages of print production, including estimating, printing, mailing, fulfillment, and payment.
  • Plan and execute print production for direct mail campaigns, sales initiatives, and events.
  • Manage budgets, negotiate costs and rates, and maintain vendor relationships for various production needs.
  • Work closely with account managers, creative teams, internal teams, and vendors to ensure projects are resourced and executed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure quality, competitive pricing, and the timely completion of detailed projects.
  • Bridge communications between stakeholders, creatives, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Prioritize activities, negotiate timelines, balance resources, and manage project expectations to ensure satisfaction and success.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in production and project management, preferably within an agency or in-house creative services organization.
  • Strong expertise in vendor management, including negotiating costs, rates, and timelines.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on detail, quality, and timeliness.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED in a general field of study (applies to all levels).
