You will be responsible for managing patients with complex conditions, including those with cardiac, respiratory, or other critical health issues.

The ability to interpret telemetry, administer medications, and work within a multidisciplinary team is essential.

Your duties will include monitoring patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary, and educating patients and their families on post-discharge care.

Qualifications: Active RN license in Virginia or compact state license.

Minimum of 2 years of recent PCU/Step Down experience.

ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.

Willingness to work at least two major winter holidays (can request one off: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s).
