We are seeking a creative and experienced Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, with a specific focus on creating functional, aesthetically pleasing kitchens and baths, tailored to the unique needs of our clients. You will be responsible for meeting with clients, developing design plans, selecting materials, and ensuring that the final product meets both the client’s vision and practical requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their needs, preferences, and budget for kitchen and bath design.
  • Design Development: Create functional, beautiful, and innovative kitchen and bath designs using 20-20 Design software and other relevant tools.
  • Material Selection: Recommend and select materials, cabinetry, appliances, fixtures, and finishes based on client preferences and budget.
  • Space Planning: Develop efficient layouts that optimize space and adhere to building codes and safety standards, including ergonomic considerations and traffic flow.
  • Presentation of Designs: Present design concepts, floor plans, 3D renderings, and materials product samples to clients for feedback and approval.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure the project is executed according to design specifications and within the agreed timeline.
  • Budget Management: Ensure that the design project stays within the client’s budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with the latest kitchen design trends, materials, and technologies to offer innovative solutions to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with sufficient experience).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in kitchen design or interior design, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in 20-20 Design software. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Materials: Strong understanding of kitchen materials, fixtures, appliances, cabinetry, and countertop options.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers effectively.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
