Job Description :

  • Help to design and implement an SAP Operational Support team for the US.
  • Lead the US Operational SAP Support team and Secure that the Operational Procurement Specialists are trained and competent to be able to act as super users in SAP Ariba, S4 & VIM.
  • Conduct proactive business opportunity analysis and risk assessment from an operational procurement perspective, based on knowledge of purchasing patterns, and contribute to continuous improvements of the SAP Ariba set-up.
  • Drive the Compliance KPIs (PO Compliance, Invoice Match Rate, Pay on Time) for US by secure proper support is provided to end users to do their part correct in the system AND analyze errors to understand the root causes and make proposals to improve fundamental issues.
  • Secure through the Operational Procurement Specialists that suppliers can trade through SAP Ariba with Ingka and have updated catalogue content in SAP Ariba.
