- Team Composition: 6 Physicians, 1- CNP, 1-Manager, 1 Clinical Coordinator Bariatrics, 5 nurses, 1 medical assistant, 1 front office coordinator, - patient registration interviewers
- Work Schedule: Monday- Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm; Friday 8:00am-12:00 pm
- Patient Distribution: 60% OP 40% IP
- Patient Volumes: 12-15 patients per day
- Responsibilities: Clinic based and focused on seeing pre-op, post-op and established patients.
