A Resident-Centered Facility:

  • All private room nursing home
  • Low staff-to-resident ratio --- 2 staff members for every 13 residents
  • Built-in 2011
  • Owned and operated by Carroll County
  • 4 "neighborhoods", each having 26 residents
  • Each neighborhood is divided in two, with just 13 residents in each area
  • A modern workplace allows for quality care and a satisfying working environment

A Convenient Location:

  • Just off Route 28, near the junction with Route 16 in Ossipee

Physical setting:

  • Long-term care
  • Nursing home

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts, 3 shifts available; 7 am-3 pm-3 pm-11 pm-11 pm-7 am
  • Holiday rotation (every other year)
  • Weekend availability (every other weekend)

Supplemental pay types:

  • Differential pay
  • Overtime pay

Other Requirements:

  • High school or equivalent (required)
  • Successful completion of a state-approved LNA program (required)
