Essential Functions:
- Drive and be a motivational champion of Touchmark’s culture as it relates to attracting, retaining, and growing talent.
- Create and maintain a qualified pipeline of high-potential candidates for key positions with a focus on talent density and retention.
- Drive and develop action plans with hiring managers to generate talent through their networks and ensure hiring managers remain committed, engaged, and accountable throughout the recruiting process.
- Demonstrate exemplary professionalism in appearance, communication, and behavior as a public-facing Touchmark representative on all platforms including electronic communications, in person, all media outlets, and online.

- Develop and regularly report meaningful recruiting metrics with key indicators that help shape further recruiting strategies. This includes but is not limited to time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, hiring source, placement retention, and weekly recruiting updates.
- Leverage community leaders and HR professionals to drive strategic recruiting initiatives, identify obstacles, and design strategic solutions including engaging and empowering managers to become talented recruiters.
- Lead, develop, supervise, and drive high performance in junior recruiter to ensure resources are focused on areas that maximize outcomes for the business.
- Review, source, present, and implement Talent Acquisition software to optimize business outcomes, reduce time and effort for managers, streamline the recruiting process for end users, ensure a professional electronic experience for new hires, and integrate into existing HRIS systems.
- Innovate to ensure Touchmark talent density recruiting strategies are best-in-class, evolving with the market, and attracting the highest talent in the industry to Touchmark.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and maintain an enticing careers website that leads candidates through an experience, increasing their excitement along the way, to join an elite organization with an unparalleled culture of passion, excellence, teamwork, and talent.
- Partner with HR Directors and operational leaders to understand the employee experience, turnover, onboarding, and other components of the employee life cycle to enhance branding and selling the Touchmark story.
- Understanding that volume hiring in a high turnover situation drains the market and damages Touchmark’s elite reputation as the premier employer in our industry, monitor turnover hot spots and partner with HR and operational leadership to identify the root cause and resolve the issue, rather than continue to pump people through the problem.
- Design, launch, and manage effective employee referral programs to enhance talent density.
