Job Summary:

The Repair Services Associate I performs basic tasks related to servicing customer products, including receiving and shipping, troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, testing, and inspections.

The role adheres to established productivity and quality standards, while following work instructions and company policies under direct supervision.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Service customer products, including mechanical repairs, cleaning, basic troubleshooting, and final inspections.
  • Record work performed, including symptom codes and parts replacement reasons.
  • Follow work instructions and comply with quality standards for functional assignments.
  • Provide input to support continuous improvement, process standardization, and work instruction documentation.
  • Resolve basic problems under direct supervision and perform rudimentary analysis involving limited factors.
  • Learn and apply policies, procedures, and safety regulations to routine activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all required safety practices and regulations.


Required Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED (preferred but not required). 1+ years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment.


Skills:

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow and understand work instructions.
  • Familiarity with common hand tools.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work with tools and perform mechanical tasks.
  • Compliance with required safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.
