Soar Autism Center is hiring for an *Early Intervention Specialist *to be part of our transformative team dedicated to fostering the development of children with autism. As a care provider at our center, you will apply behavioral and developmental strategies to assist in our children’s development. In turn, *you will teach skills that provide a critical foundation for a child's growth and learning*.

*Key Responsibilities:*


* *Provide attentive one-on-one care *and behavioral/developmental support to children aged 2-6, emphasizing a nurturing and encouraging environment

* *Implement care plans *under the guidance of our clinical team, ensuring they are suitable for the learning and growth of children

* Build relationships with children's families


*What the job is like:*


* Plusses: *Meaningfully impact children's growth*, clear paths for career advancement, purpose-led organization, multi-disciplinary team

* Challenges: Can be demanding at times working with children, some routine care like diaper changes


*Qualifications:*


* Interest in and experience working with children -- we are open to a diverse set of backgrounds and experiences in working with with kids

* Preference given to those currently in a degree program or holding a degree

* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team


*What We Offer:*


* $20.50 - $26.00/hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities. All staff members are considered every 3 months for a raise or promotion
