Private Equity Associate Overview:

hey are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Private Equity Associate to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking and M&A, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for infrastructure investing. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects across sectors such as renewable energy, wind, solar and utilities.


Private Equity Associate Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including modeling and valuation of potential investments.
  • Assist in the due diligence process for new investment opportunities, including market research and competitive analysis.
  • Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal committees.
  • Support portfolio management by monitoring performance metrics and assisting in strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior team members on deal execution and negotiation processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts and stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field, with a focus on infrastructure preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and financial software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
