Your Role:

  • Maintain and update monthly, quarterly, and annual financial activities using QuickBooks.
  • Record and manage deposits, checks, expenses, and credit card transactions.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts with precision.
  • Perform general ledger reviews and produce accurate financial statements.
  • Assist clients with seamless weekly payroll processing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting and payment of payroll taxes, including quarterly and annual filings.
  • Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & use tax returns.
  • Deliver comprehensive write-up services using various accounting software, including QuickBooks.
  • Prepare and submit annual Form 1099s.

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of public accounting bookkeeping experience.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Solid knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
