Requirements 🎯

🎤 Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with clients, talent and members of the production team.

🖥️ At least 4+ years experience in the Online Advertising industry (specifically TikTok, Meta).

🎥 Experience filming video on set and on location (directing, shooting, lighting, equipment set up, set operations).

🎬Experience translating creative briefs into production plans and creating shot lists.

🗂️Understanding of clients brand and legal info.

🎬 Proven experience coordinating preproduction (selection of talent, location, props and production resources etc, ensuring adherence to production timelines, ensuring top quality content).

📊 Experience working for a performance marketing agency is preferable (understanding of metrics, how to create content that performs).

📽️ Proven experience remotely directing and guiding UGC creators and influencers for shoots, ensuring creative concepts are understood and successfully produced.

🎥 A deep understanding of the creative and production workflow. (creative editor, content creator, content producer).

📲Proven experience shooting with various camera types (including self contained iPhone setups).

💵 Proven experience managing shoot budgets, tracking additional costs, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget (utilising budget trackers).

🧨 Manage stock of backdrops, set designs, & tools for all building purposes.

🗃️ Proven experience managing and organizing raw content and maintaining server organization using project management tools.

💡Stay up to date on industry trends and incorporate it into content creation.

📝 Collaborate with the team in pre and post production meetings to provide relevant insights.

This role is project based.

The successful candidate needs to have a flexible schedule in order to be available for projects as they come up.

Compensation:

Compensation for this position will be based on a per project fee.
