We have immediate job openings in Uniontown, PA.

8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Pay rate: $10.00 - $15.00 Based upon the case.

Qualifications for Direct Care Worker:

One year work experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar healthcare role

No experience?? Ask about our Direct Care Worker Training Program

  • Formal experience not required to care for a loved one.

  • Job Responsibilities for Direct Care Workers, DCW:

  • Activities of daily living

  • Light housekeeping

  • Bathing

  • Grooming

  • Toileting

  • Nail care

  • Range of motion / exercises

  • Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices

  • Oral feeding

  • Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration

  • Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.

  • Assisting with ambulation

  • Medication assistance
