Job Summary: We are seeking a creative Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of digital campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience that aligns with our standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop visually compelling digital assets for our website, email campaigns, social media, and digital advertisements.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute innovative digital marketing strategies.

- Lead the creative direction of digital projects, ensuring consistency with our brand identity and high-quality standards.

- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize the visual design and user experience across all digital touchpoints.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital design and real estate branding to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.

- At least 1 years of professional digital design experience, preferably in the real estate, finance, or investment sectors.

- Advanced English and Spanish (bilingual)

- Portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills and creative versatility.

- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design.

- Excellent visual, communication, and organizational skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Job Offer:

The job offer consists of working on-site in our offices in Aventura, Miami-Dade. We are looking for someone who can join the team immediately or within a maximum of 3 weeks after confirming the application for the position.

Gross Anual Salary: $60,000 USD
