About the opportunity:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Level Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing excellent technical support for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) products, specifically at Levels 1 and 2. This role requires a strong understanding of GCP services, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Responsibilities:- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for GCP products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to GCP infrastructure, networking, storage, and compute services.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and internal documentation.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest GCP products, features, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Consistent experience in a technical support or customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of GCP core services, including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Networking, and App Engine.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with GCP command-line tools and APIs.
- GCP certifications (e.g., Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus.
