Essential Skills:

  • Minimum 3-5 years business analyst, or other relevant experience, required.
  • Financial services industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum framework preferred.
  • Strong communication skills required.
  • Willingness to take on new responsibilities as the environment evolves and new skills are needed.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative to accomplish tasks independently or with minimal guidance from supervisor.
  • Strong analytical skills; experience working with Data and Data Warehousing / Reporting platforms.
  • Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified Product Owner) a plus.
  • Experience in writing business requirements or user stories required.
  • Experience in documenting business processes required.
  • Experience in software testing a plus.
  • Experience training users a plus.
  • Experience providing user support a plus.


Education & Experience:


Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years work experience
