Base Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing JIRA & Confluence (From an System Administrative perspective)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Jira Service Management with a strong comfortability in orchestrating Jira Desk integrated projects and JSM (Jira Service Management) Portal usage
  • 3+ years' experience administering a Cloud and Data Center deployment model instance of Jira/Confluence
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience Design and implementing custom workflows, fields, permission schemes, post functions, scripting (Etc...)
  • Strong Analytical skills with a focus in ITL and ITSM (Support Desk experience is a plus)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing users via AD (LDAP) or Okta IDP user mgmt experience
  • 3+ years of GitHub, Code pipelines, PSQL RDS DBs, and AWS experience

Responsibilities:

  • E2E visualization/solution conceptualization for service-desk-enabled Projects
  • Partnering close with Identity Management to improve incumbent Support desk processes
  • Building, managing and enforcing standards (Governance in the Atlassian Tools)
  • Engage with users (client-facing skills) with a detail-oriented approach in delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for Jira Projects and enhancements while looking to optimize and follow Atlassian recommendations
  • Provide configuration and administrative support via scripts or REST integrations to internal user
  • Install, configure, test, and manage plug-ins and coordinate upgrades
  • Effectively prioritizes work, troubleshoots issues, communicates, and completes tasks on time in an Agile environment
  • Navigate complex questions around networking and base functionality of Atlassian Suite of Tools
