Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Duration: 12 Months to begin with

Job Purpose:

Ensure compliance with Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) regulations by coordinating, preparing, and submitting required filings (docketed and non-docketed). Oversee responses to FPSC audits, safety variances, and regulatory requests. Provide guidance on regulatory matters, identify issues impacting the company, and develop strategies for management and legal approval.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit FPSC filings and responses.

Provide regulatory guidance on rules and filings.

Monitor and resolve NESC safety variances.

Conduct business performance analyses and budget coordination.

Identify and develop company strategies on regulatory issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Advanced communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred:

Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

Distribution and regulatory experience.

Work Conditions:

Must meet attendance and storm duty requirements, including extended hours when needed.
