Develop and maintain customer relationship by using a combination of leads, door knocking, and referrals. Perform roof and exterior inspections (we'll teach you how to do this safely and professionally). Help customers understand their insurance claims process and how we can support them. Provide project estimates. Grow your own book of business through referrals and great customer service.We're Looking For Someone Who: Is motivated to succeed and excited by the idea of earning what they're worth. Enjoys talking to people and building connections. Is eager to learn something new and open to coaching. Doesn't mind working outdoors and being physically active.
