What the Bookkeeper will do:
- Manage the full AP process from matching & coding to posting and cutting checks.
- Manage roughly 150 invoices weekly
- Dive deep into the financial seas, verifying, allocating, and posting business transactions with precision into subsidiary accounts and the general ledger.
- Assist with monthly financials
- Keep the financial ship steady with GL reconciliations that leave no stone unturned.
What the company looks for in a Bookkeeper:
- Bring at least 5 years of experience in AP
- Associates or Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related
- Excel skills are the cherry on top
