The Senior Vice President of Revenue Marketing at PTC will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's ARR and growth strategy across PTC's GTM functions. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer, this position involves leading and managing a high-performing team of marketers, fostering a strong relationship between marketing and sales, and driving initiatives to increase ARR, market presence, and deliver successful customer outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer and support PTC's growth strategy with a global, verticalized approach.
  • Act as the connective tissue between Marketing and Global Sales Leadership, overseeing all Industry, ABX, Event, Partner Marketing, and lead development motions.
  • Build, develop, and manage a world-class team of marketers, inspiring and enhancing their capabilities.
  • Execute marketing and growth strategies for direct, channel, via a vertical orientation, especially ABM and event marketing efforts.
  • Own the relationship between ARR growth & Executive Sales Leadership supporting multiple growth initiatives.
  • Measure success through KPIs such as new ACV growth, ARR growth, account engagement, qualified pipeline growth, win rate, and deal acceleration.
  • Develop and scale an ABX motion to drive growth within key accounts.
  • Partner with marketing and ARR leadership to support full-funnel efforts and enable the Growth team.
  • Bring a global perspective to expand successful vertical GTM motions into APAC
  • Drive engagement and expand relationships within key accounts.
  • Accelerate opportunities through creative activations, messaging, and revenue enablement.
  • Enable our resell partners with effective campaigns and drive consistent pipeline growth with identified partners
  • Create joint GTM campaigns with our key alliance and technology partners

Qualifications:

  • Proven leader with experience in building and scaling marketing functions through strong execution, effective communication, strong partnerships, and an engaging culture.
  • Experience in scaling GTM motions and supporting revenue marketing or growth marketing teams to drive account growth and generate demand.
  • Expertise in ad tech, enterprise marketing, channel marketing, ABM and events.
  • Experience in building and executing world-class events and experiences that drive revenue growth.
  • Minimum of 15 years in a leadership role with a strong understanding of performance-oriented culture.
