Role Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist at TINH HOA BROTHERS CORPORATION will design, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to elevate the online presence of Viehome, Vielite, and Viegame, with the focus on music and entertainment. This role requires a detail-oriented, bilingual (English and Vietnamese) professional with a strong grasp of digital tools and strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.


Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including social media, search engines, email, and websites.

• Create bilingual (English and Vietnamese) content tailored to target audiences for digital channels.

• Optimize campaigns for SEO and SEM to increase online visibility and traffic.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools.

• Manage and grow social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and audience engagement.

• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce visually appealing and effective marketing materials.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience preferences, and competitive analysis.

• Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI.

• Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

• Support cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with company goals.


Requirements

• Fluency in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).

• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably across multiple industries.

• Proven experience managing social media platforms and digital advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).

• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.

• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Creativity and a keen eye for detail in content and design.

• Knowledge of the construction, creative, or gaming industries is a plus.
