Job DescriptionWe have an AI-startup client who is looking for a GTM recruiter. This position is hybrid in either San Francisco or Palo Alto.
It is a year-long contract with the strong possibility of converting in full-time. They are open to hiring remotely outside the Bay Area, but will not convert anyone not in the Bay Area.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier GTM talent for our AI-startup clientManage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offersCollaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptionsConduct thorough candidate assessments, including initial screenings, technical evaluations, and cultural fit interviewsMaintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate informationOrganize and coordinate interview schedules, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring processDevelop and maintain relationships with potential candidates through regular communication and networkingQualificationsAble to commute to San Francisco orPalo Alto at least one day a week4+ years of GTM recrutiing experienceComfortable in a fast-paced environmentProven track record of successfully placing GTM candidates for an AI start-upExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment toolsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectivelyAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
