Position Overview:
Our client is looking to add an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to join their dynamic HR team within a leading financial services firm. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ADP payroll, Workday HRIS, and employee benefits management, and will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations in a fast-paced, growing organization, on a lean team.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations Support:
- Provide operational support for HR initiatives such as onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle events.
- Assist with compliance efforts, including reporting, audits, and record-keeping as required by law.
- Partner with HR team members on special projects and continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in HR operations and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve employee experience.
Employee Relations:
- Provide support to employees on HR-related questions and issues, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Assist in resolving any employee relations matters, escalating when necessary.
Payroll Administration:
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process using ADP, ensuring timely and accurate processing for all employees across multiple locations.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and assist employees with payroll inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll-related regulations.
HRIS Management:
- Maintain and update employee records in Workday, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Perform regular audits of employee information in Workday and troubleshoot any discrepancies.
- Generate reports and provide HR metrics to senior management as required.
- Benefits Administration:
- Oversee the benefits enrollment process and manage benefit changes for employees.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of benefits services.
- Assist employees with benefits-related questions and issues, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-8 years of HR operations experience, preferably in a financial services or corporate environment.
- Extensive experience with ADP Payroll, Workday HRIS, and employee benefits administration.
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance, benefits programs, and HR systems integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
