POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Advisor Training & Development Manager to lead our Emerging Advisor Academy. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about developing talent and driving financial advisor success. The Advisor Training & Development Manager is responsible for guiding new and early career advisors through a structured training and coaching curriculum that builds technical expertise, and sales acumen resulting in advisors building lasting client relationships and growing their own independent practices. This position will also work closely with the Business Development team to align program objectives with the firm’s strategic goals, ensuring that advisor development directly contributes to business growth, and talent retention. Join our team today KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee daily operations of the program providing structure and accountability Set goals and outline paths for success Track and evaluate advisor progress towards program milestones Promote a culture of learning and professional growth Ensure participants have access to necessary tools and resources Oversee candidate licensing Partner participants with a mentor Assist in the recruiting process to identify candidates for the program Facilitate the transition of trainees from development program into full-time advisor role Maintain relationships with educational institutions / CFP® programs Monitor industry trends and apply to curriculum where applicable Sustain a pipeline of new advisors that meets growth targets Collaborate with leadership to align the program objectives to firm’s broader business development goals POSITION REQUIREMENTS Series 65 (Optional Series 7 & 66), and life & health insurances licenses required Bachelor’s degree (in finance or business preferred) 5+ years of financial services industry experience 3-5 years staff development or instructional design experience Capacity to work with and motivate people Ability to assess training effectiveness BENEFITS This career opportunity is a full-time salaried position plus incentive compensation.
