Responsibilities

  • Work closely with PD and Tech Design to create accurate tech packs
  • Create and maintain seasonal tech packs from development to production
  • Review and measure samples throughout the product cycles to ensure accurate execution of measurements, quality, and construction
  • Collaborate with head of Tech Design for guidance for best quality and construction execution
  • Compose detailed comments including fit photos and illustrations to convey corrections or revisions to vendors
  • Create and update technical sketches in Illustrator
  • Spec and organize samples for fittings and record fit comments
  • Communicate to vendors throughout product sample stages to ensure brand’s aesthetic and quality
  • Monitor and track with a sense of urgency to meet target dates.
  • Create season WIP reports and record receipt of samples and distribute
  • Maintain seasonal garment library archive
  • Adhere to seasonal calendar deadlines

Requirements:

  • 4 + years’ work experience in the fitness / athleisure apparel industry, with a clear understanding of the product cycle process
  • Knowledge of garment construction including ISO sewing stitches  
  • Ability to follow directions and adaptability to work in a changing work environment
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to multi-task in a deadline driven work environment
  • Strong communication skills; written and verbal with vendors and cross functional teams.
  • Detailed orientated with outstanding follow through with a sense of urgency to hit calendar dates
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe- Illustrator with strong technical drawing skills    
  • Ability to work independently and with cross functional teams and able to prioritize
  • Flexible, positive “can do” attitude with strong work ethics
  • Full-time onsite position
