Role Overview:

As a BIM Engineer III, you will:

• Lead the implementation and startup of BIM modeling, establishing technical standards for the facility
• Create digital twins of facilities and develop factory layouts using scanning technology
• Manage large federated models with multiple disciplines and handle rapid layout changes to support manufacturing
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve design and constructability issues with civil, architectural, and structural teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, or Mechanical Engineering, or significant hands-on experience in BIM
• 5+ years in BIM project management, proficient with Revit and AutoCAD for complex facility layouts
• Strong organizational skills for coordinating multi-departmental project meetings
