Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Commercial Construction Drywall and Metal Framing Superintendent at First Class Building & Interiors in Corpus Christi, TX. As the Superintendent, you will oversee and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects related to drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings and painting ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial construction, specifically in drywall and metal framing
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings
- Organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage budgets, and meet project deadlines
- Certifications or licenses related to construction management or similar fields are a plus
