Randstad Enterprise | Sr. IT Business Change Manager/PM

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor and consultant within our organization. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication and documentation skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leadership, including Directors and Executives of the Brands, to align IT initiatives with business priorities and drive successful outcomes. Experience in working with leadership teams and managing complex processes is essential. This individual will act as a liaison between IT and the business, ensuring seamless communication and implementation of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business and IT Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between business leaders (Brand/Function) and IT to ensure technology capabilities align with the business strategy and priorities.
- Consultative Support: Collaborate with senior management to understand their strategic goals and advise on technology solutions that drive business value.
- Demand and Portfolio Management: Work with the business to manage the IT portfolio, prioritize projects, and ensure IT initiatives meet business objectives.
- Process Management and Improvement: Review and manage business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as necessary to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Project Oversight: Support the business in shaping initial project requirements, providing high-level cost estimates, and ensuring successful project delivery in terms of scope, cost, and timeline.
- Strategic Advisory: Ensure technology decisions align with global IT strategies, advocating for both business needs and IT capabilities.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience & Knowledge: 10+ years in IT, with a background in a large or mid-size multinational company. Familiarity with IT processes, systems, and technologies is essential.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to work with executive leadership (Directors, VPs), and effectively manage relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business strategies and processes with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements.
- Project & Change Management: Experience in managing projects, prioritizing competing demands, and facilitating organizational change. Change management or project management experience is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in business-friendly terms. Comfortable facilitating discussions between business and technical stakeholders.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Additional Desired Attributes:
- Ability to champion innovation and change management.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in organizational change management is a plus.
