What will you do as a Collections Specialist?
- Collaborate with accounts receivable, sales, and legal departments to negotiate debt recovery from clients, utilizing effective communication and negotiation skills.
- To initiate collection efforts, contact clients via phone, email, or other communication channels, document all communications, and record payment plans, agreements, and payments.
- Release lines or lift holds on accounts once payments are received, ensuring accurate and timely updates to account statuses.
- Monitor and manage assigned accounts, proactively identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the collections process.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally and on time.

- 2+ years of experience as a Collections Specialist, showcasing your knowledge and expertise in debt recovery processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, as you will utilize spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
