Sheraton Galleria Atlanta Hotel is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable hospitality Director of Food and Beverage. The Director of Food & Beverage (F&B) oversees all food and beverage operations within a hospitality organization, ensuring high-quality service, profitability, and guest satisfaction. This senior leadership role requires strategic planning, operational excellence, and a passion for hospitality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring seamless coordination between the restaurant, banqueting, bar, and pop-up events.
  • Develop and implement the F&B department's vision, goals, and strategies in alignment with the overall organizational objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and development opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Understands and communicates StepStone’s Mission and Core values.
  • Expresses ideas and conveys information clearly, effectively, and professionally.
  • Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquet facilities, and room service
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Prepare, manage, and monitor budgets to ensure profitability and cost control.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor F&B managers and staff to build a cohesive and motivated team.
  • Design and curate memorable F&B experiences that align with the property’s brand and exceed guest expectations.
  • Address guest feedback promptly, implementing changes to enhance service quality.
  • Introduce innovative concepts and menu offerings that cater to diverse guest preferences.
  • Implement sustainable sourcing, waste management, and operations practices to align with environmental goals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in F&B management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong financial acumen with a proven track record of managing budgets and achieving profitability targets.
