What You Need for this Position
BS In CM Or Similar And More Than 5 Years Of PM Experience And Knowledge Of All Phases Of Construction Management Including
  • History of managing commercial, healthcare, higher education and/or public projects projects in New England or Greater Boston market preferred
  • Proficiency in project financials and processing construction related documents including RFIs, change orders and submittals
  • Provide clear and articulate direction to team-members
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Experience with pre-construction and estimating
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Strong administrative skills--ability to maintain clear notes, keep organized records and time-management
  • Knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office programs and MS Project preferred
